David Marquardt

David F. Marquardt is Senior Counsel for the SDSU Foundation. He joined the Foundation in 1996. He retired as President and CEO in December 2007.  The Watertown, S.D., native is a 1964 graduate of SDSU with a degree in political science. He received a master’s degree in American government and political theory from the American University in 1968.
