David Marquardt

David Marquardt David F. Marquardt is a Senior Counsel for the SDSU Foundation. He retired as President and CEO in December 2007. He joined the Foundation in 1996. The Watertown native is a 1964 graduate of SDSU with a degree in political science. He received a master’s degree in American Government and Political Theory from the American University in 1968.
