Avera Health and Science Center to be dedicated Sept. 9
The Avera Health and Science Center on the South Dakota State University Campus will be dedicated Sept. 9. More details of the day’s activities will follow.
The Avera Health and Science Center is the new home to the College of Pharmacy and the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. The 144,600-square-foot building will serve 70 percent of the students on campus and will increase SDSU’s research capabilities in the health sciences.
A lead private investment of $15 million from Avera Health is covering a significant portion of project costs.
