Li’l Jack hops onto scene

Jack Rabbit’s younger brother, Li’l Jack, has arrived. The kinder, gentler version of South Dakota State University’s mascot was developed by Spearfish natives Craig and Cory Whitlock of the Denver-based design firm Mongoose Graphics. They also designed the University’s current Jackrabbit mascot, which was unveiled on February 19, 2008.

Scholarship endowment to honor Reger
