Jackrabbit Guarantee, contributing to success at SDSU

Aaron Merchen is a history education major at SDSU and scholarship recipient.  Like many other students at SDSU, Aaron has been given a competitive edge in receiving his eduction at South Dakota State University.  The Jackrabbit Guarantee program provides scholarships to students who receive a 24 on their ACT and maintain their GPA while at state.  When the program started in 2002, there wasn’t another university in the region with a program like it, giving our students a push in the direction of success.  Even now, the program is one of the main factors in the success and growth of the university.
